I love being around the table with my family at dinner time. Lately my children have been trying to escape and minimize their time there. But with dad so busy with school and work we really try and get the quality time in around the table. Usually after dinner he has homework/work to do. I love asking them their favorite part of their day. Or to tell me about someone they served. Sometimes our dinner time ends with giggles or dad looking up something to show the kids on you tube or vine. And sometimes it ends with them pleading to be able to leave now. Either way I am grateful to the chance to spend time with them, face to face. I found this great article recently that made me glad our family makes meal time a priority. And one thing that has made dinners easier is planning my meals a month at a time. I hope by sharing our favorite recipes it might make it easier for you to plan your menus as well.
