You may remember my love for wraps as a dinner option. They are easy, yummy, and healthy. And my kids love them. The Mission Garden Spinach Wrap are my favorite. They are soft and the perfect size. One of our favorite wraps is using leftover chicken when we make Buttermilk Chicken from Jo Cooks. My family loves this chicken. The next night we throw in our chicken leftovers. Easy. And delicious.

Place your toppings in your wrap. Tuck in the ends and roll it up. My kids love when I slice it in half diagonally. They think it’s super fancy.
I love cooking bacon in the oven. In high school my foods teacher taught me this trick. Your bacon comes out perfectly and it saves so much time. Find that weird pan that comes with your oven. Line the bottom with foil and spray the top rack with Pam. Arrange your bacon on your pan and place it in a preheated oven (4000*) for 20 minutes. Or a little longer if you like your bacon crispy. The grease drips down into the bottom pan and your house smells amazing.
I hope your family enjoys this easy wrap dinner idea! For more dinner ideas check out my ‘menu dinners’ tag off to the side. I love planning out my dinner menus a month at a time. Happy Cooking!
