Another new month. And another opportunity to gather as a family and reap the benefits of family dinner time. You can read why it’s so important in this post. And hopefully get some encouragement and see ALL the reasons family dinner is important. If you find it’s hard to eat together as a family just take heart that progress is good. Maybe it didn’t happen every night. We are all doing the best that we can.
And remember this list of easy dinner ideas is here to help you out with your weekly dinner menu. But if you end up grabbing Taco Bell on the way home from practice you can still gather as a family around the table and talk about your day.
So here is a little peek into what our family is eating this month. And just so you know sometimes I switch a meal or two if I forgot to pick up tortillas or pull out the chicken from the freezer. I give myself grace because life happens. I make this plan to help save money and my sanity when it’s 4:00 and I know I need to feed my family.
