It’s the end of the school year for us here in Arizona. Which is why I need my monthly menu. Life is filled with concerts, recitals, and banquets. Having dinner ideas ready to go is crucial as we finish up school projects and have celebrations. I love using my menu board to help remind me what we are cooking each day. And I love hearing the cheers from my kids when they see what’s for dinner. Okay, there might be some grumbles. But at least they know what days to pack a bigger lunch.

I’m trying to make several meatless meals or even meals with very little meat to be healthy and to watch our budget. With Choir concerts over I’m looking forward to not eating in the car Thursday nights. I also love to plan my family night lessons.
