I love Cream Cheese frosting. I love it on cinnamon rolls. I love it on chocolate cake. Weirdly not a big fan of straight cream cheese, but when mixed with large amounts of sugar it is truly amazing. Last Father’s Day we were staying with my in laws and I made Cinnamon Rolls only to realize I forgot to buy cream cheese! And since it was on a Sunday I didn’t want to run out and buy some. But I did find some Strawberry Cream Cheese. And that is how this recipe was made.
Myself and some girlfriends were throwing a shower for my friend last week. We kept things simple and decorated with pink and gold. Tarah was nice enough to let me make this recipe for the cupcakes she made. I probably drove around Arizona a little bit too much as my frosting was kind of soft, but they still tasted yummy. They were perfect with the yellow cake. And the color was perfect. It was great celebrating together.
