I am always so excited to use left over chicken to make dinner. I love cooking extra food one night to save time on dinner prep the next day. Chicken is the perfect example. A simple Caesar Salad is a quick and easy dinner. We add some homemade rolls (Or the Mrs. Schubert’s Rolls from Sam’s Club if it’s a busy night) and dinner is ready.
Caesar Salad
Romaine lettuce
Leftover chicken
Croutons
Fresh Parmesan Cheese (Also from Sam’s. I freeze it smaller portions)
Caesar Dressing
Toss the ingredients together and serve.
Or if you really want to switch it up you can make a Caesar Chicken Wraps. Throw your salad in a Mission Garden Spinach Wrap. I LOVE those wraps. They are a great size and taste amazing. My kids have no idea they have spinach in them. (Not a sponsored post but I wouldn’t mind if they sent me some tortillas) I hope your family enjoys these simple family dinners. Sometimes I forget about how much I love Caesar Salad. And I love having more time with my family. What is your favorite leftover transformation?
